We will to follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS),
supporting children’s learning through play, care, movement and music.
Creative Arts
We plan to offer opportunities for children to make, create and express themselves through art and imaginative play, supporting creativity and fine motor skills.
Musical Exploration
Music and rhythm will be part of everyday play. We plan to use songs, sounds and simple instruments to encourage listening, expression and creativity.
Physical Movement
Movement will be central to our approach. Through active play, music and age-appropriate movement activities, we aim to help children build coordination, confidence and physical skills.
Language Development
Stories, songs and conversations will help children explore language, build vocabulary and share ideas as part of daily play.
Math Concepts
We plan to introduce early maths through play such as counting, patterns, sorting and problem-solving as children’s interests arise.
Outdoor Adventures
We plan to use the enclosed courtyard for outdoor play and nature exploration, with activities that encourage curiosity and movement. The final outdoor layout is still being developed.
